Postage and Policies
All products are handmade to order and will be posted within 4 weeks of order being placed (maximum make time).
Please note there is no guarantee that an order will arrive by a specified date, if you require fast tracking please purchase the 'Rush my Order' icon on our website which includes a one week make time plus an Express Postage upgrade.
All our items are shipped directly from the Seasons & Sage home studio, Sunshine Coast, Australia. All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post and once an order is fulfilled you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery costs for all international orders are calculated and applied to orders at checkout by weight and and are sent via DHL couriers. Tracking is included on all International orders. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local authority for more information.
Variances in products:
Be aware that every item is handmade to order so slight variances and colours can occur. Love your items uniqueness and the hands that made it for you.
Please place your order carefully as returns or exchanges are not possible due to the custom nature of our products.
Always supervise young children around sharp poles and small parts, this item is age appropriate to your child's development. Keep out of infants reach. Seasons & Sage accepts no liability for misuse of products.
